After working all weekend and doing errands, Carolina and I took the day off to ourselves. No cellphones, no plans, just Carolina, the baby and me. Since I had never been to Butterfly World we thought that might be good for a maternity shoot. That place is awesome. Definitely check it out if you get the chance.

Ive researched for inspiration and have come across a lot of compositions. It’s hard enough for a woman being pregnant, and then on top of that you want them to exude confidence and their beauty. Well today I really saw just how beautiful a pregnant woman can be. Carolina you are amazing. I love you.

Update – Due to matters I have decided to take down the artistic portraits I have taken of my beautiful wife. If you think that these portraits have portrayed a negative image of your friend, or family member I am truly sorry you feel that way. These pictures were not intended to be provocative or portray Carolina in any other manner than a woman and the amazing maternal aspect of life. I can assure you I have received nothing but amazing compliments from the pictures and of Carolina. Sorry for misunderstanding.

We had a little time to snap some photos before the bride showed up which was really fun.  We could have spent all day shooting random things at this location, but between the heat and the insanely hungry misquitos we thought it better to escape early. I also had a  maternity shoot today that I will post shots of tomorrow after I get some much needed sleep. I have a 7:00 am wake up call for a shoot in Miami tomorrow. Night
